Whether you prefer to enjoy the concerts in the intimate, friendly atmosphere of the halls of the château or outside on the terrace, the “summer music” programme kicks off with “Bonheur Musical” (Musical Happiness) from 11 June and will be followed by various piano concerts.
Classical music will feature significantly on this year’s programme, but it will also include Jazz, a Music and Dance evening, orchestras and even theatre.

Lyric Art Festival in Aix-en-Provence

The 2010 edition of the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence marks the start of a new cycle, it is the illustration of all the themes and fundamental elements making up the present identity of the Festival and that we are willing to develop in the years to come.
The concerts are highly colourful, from Monteverdi’s Vespers to the works of Jonathan Harvey, as well as Beethoven, Berlioz, Schumann, Sibelius, but also a journey through Mediterranean musics.
