Truffle, Olive and Wine Celebration

From 10 to 12 February in Avignon, the city celebrates local Provençal products with an olive oil competition, a giant aïoli, culinary demonstrations at Les Halles marketplace by well-known chefs working with truffles, cooking classes, conferences and a gourmand aperitif with Côtes du Rhône wines. A true gastronomic celebration which takes place in several venues throughout Avignon. Along with the culinary fun, Avignon Tourisme has prepared guided tours on the subjects of wine, cooking during the time of the Popes, and the vestiges of medieval markets
