There is already an ancestral Grape Harvest Proclamation that proclaims the opening of the grape harvest, it is now necessary to add the Truffle Proclamation that marks the official opening of the truffle market of Richerenches, the largest national black truffle market.
It is an invitation to savor the first truffles of the season, in the Enclave des Papes, in the company of the Confrérie du Diamant noir et de la Gastronomie[Brotherhood of the Black Diamond and Gastronomy] and the "Truffe Emotion [Truffle Emotion]" Club, which brings together 19 professionals, truffle collectors, restaurateurs, hotel owners, all truffle lovers.
