The Group Welcome service offers a range of a la carte services.

Welcome hostesses

They look after your groups as soon as they step off the coach (arrivals), guide them around the terminal, help the passengers with luggage check-in and help them make the most of all the Airport services.

Personal welcome desks

At the meeting point (Halls 3-4 Information Office), we can provide you with a personal welcome desk or a personalised noticeboard to help you directed and assemble your group in the Airport.

Porter Service

Our porters will look after your luggage, from the coach park right through to the check in (arrivals) and from the luggage reclaim area to the coach door (arrivals).

Coach parking

Specific parking lots have been created for coaches near the airport.
The park P4 is specially designed for coaches, in front of Hall 1 for all flights.
