Beaujeu is the only estate of the Pays d’Arles which kept the balance between the old days and today practices. Since five generations, they carry on doing a diversify agriculture where viticulture mix with cereal, pasture and protected areas. The estate is certify in organic faring since 1974.
L’Atelier by Jean-Luc Rabanel, the first starred organic chef, 2 Michelin stars. L’Atelier just won the title « table exceptionnelle » and it is now ranked with « 5 chef’s hat » in Gault Millau guide since 2012. This privilege is only given to 11 restaurants in France.
